Classes include a Parent-Child Activity where families have an opportunity to share in an activity with educators and other families with children ages birth to 5. Following parent/child activity time, families break into Parent Discussion Time and Children’s Activity Time.
Parent Discussion Time offers parents the time to meet with a licensed parent educator to share support, experiences and information about child development and parenting techniques.
Children’s Activity Time offers children the opportunity for creativity in arts and crafts or for exercise with open gym. The children also practice social skills as they interact with each other during fun activities designed specifically for their age. This time includes a light snack.
